The information we collect

We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form.

When registering to order on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked to enter your: name, email, address and telephone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What we use your information for

We only collect your name and address so we are able to distribute your product to you. Your telephone number is also captured in case we have any queries about your order. Your email is captured so we may send you a receipt via email as we aim to be as paperless as possible. If you opt into our newsletter we will also use your email to send you our monthly newsletter. All payment details are captured by a secure 3rd party in our case ‘PayPal’ who specialise in credit card and payment security. Breathing Relief Ltd and none of its employees have access to your card and payment details.

Your order will be processed and sent out by the postage method you select:

Next day before 3pm* - Next working day

1st Class - 2-3 working days

2nd Class - 3-5 working days

* Weekend orders will not be processed until Monday

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for an immediate refund, you must return your item to us in the same condition you received it, with the securitainer unopened and the return must be postmarked within 30 days of shipment.

If you are unsatisfied with the product once opened, please contact us within 30 days and we will endeavour to help you. We will arrange for a representative to call you and if we are unable to help the product work for you, then we will request that the product be returned and we will offer a full refund.

If we decide to change any of Policies, all changes will be communicated publically through the policies above.
